We offer customized menu options to fit tastes, preferences, sensitivities, individual style and budget. In addition, we've included a compiled list of menu options from previous events.

Festivals and Galas
Services
We provide waiters, kitchen staff, bartenders, set-up and clean up personnel at a rate of $40.00 per hour each. For weddings and formal events, catering supervisors are available at a rate of $50.00 per hour. These rates do not include gratuities.

For your convenience, we can also arrange for any rental equipment you may need such as tents, tables, linens, glassware, china, silverware. This service will incur a small fee.

We also offer delivery and set up only services. Drop-off charges will be applied to all deliveries based on your location. We will deliver your meal within one hour of serving, depending on your needs.

Special Events
Payment Information
For events totaling $500.00 or more, we normally request a deposit of 1/2 of the total invoice to secure the date for your event. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
Disposable Goods
Should you require disposable platters, chafers with sterno, plates, cutlery, cups and napkins these are available for purchase at your convenience.
Sales Tax
Applicable State and Local Sales Tax will be assessed to the final bill.
Surcharges
So that we may cover labor costs, surcharge minimums may apply to orders with 10 or fewer guests and orders with fewer menu selections.
