Dana Polk has been in the catering business and has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years. She started Catering by Dana in 2003 when she discovered her passion for catering events.

Catering by Dana provides planning and preparation for all types of events, from weddings to corporate functions to dinner parties and cocktail receptions. We can also help with other details such as providing service and bar staff, arranging for equipment rentals and providing information on event sites.

We offer a variety of foods to suit your tastes and budget and emphasize use of fresh ingredients. We have an extensive list of specialties to choose from or we can design a menu to your preferences.

Some of our clients include Lorton Community Action Center, Capital Hospice, The Embassy of Canada, The British Embassy, The Museum of Hounds and Hunting, Pershing's Own United States Army Band and The Washington Navy Yard.

We have catered events at Stone Mansion in Alexandria, The Farr House in Fairfax, Rockwood Manor in Potomac, Oxon Hill Manor in Maryland, The Grange in Great Falls, The Little River Inn in Aldie, Virginia and Meadowlark Gardens in Vienna, Virginia.
